Prometheus v2.29.0 is available

Hello Prometheans,

We just finished up the final 2.29.0 release, featuring a number of performance improvements, the new XDS based Kuma service discovery as well as various improvements for existing service discovery mechanisms, a new PromQL function, and my personal favorite: the ability to zoom in on time ranges on a graph via mouse click and drag.
