CRD data is missing while restoring

Hi Team,

I took CRDs backup from the cluster and I have deleted some crds then trying to restore CRDs then I can see only CRD but data missing in CRD. 

For backup I used the following CMD: 

velero backup create crd-bkp --include-resources crd

To restore :

velero restore create crd-restore --from-backup crd-bkp --wait

Please correct me if I missed anything and ready to share more info if required.

Kubernetes we are using is OCI OKE PaaS .
