Query regarding Application of torque on a cylinder

I am passing torque as a sinusoidal curve and the cylinder is also expected to execute simple harmonics oscillation which is sinusoidal. But there is a mistake in my code and I am not able to identify it. I have attached a copy of my code and my sine curve dataset

Note that time column which contains integers has to be scaled with 0.04

(For example if TIME = 4, (actual time is 0.04 x 4)
