Exposing CRM Terrain in Pychrono

Hello,

As part of my Master's research I intend to use PyChrono along with Tensorflow to solve some Reinforcement Learning problems on CRM terrain.

I have noticed that the CRMTerrain class is not exposed through SWIG in PyChrono so I intend to add this to the interfaces for easier python interaction.

Just thought I would reach out before starting this to see if it is something that anyone else is currently working on or whether there were any pointers.

I am planning on following previous commits that exposes additional chrono functions (https://github.com/projectchrono/chrono/commit/b79ffad4e6cd0a6d66d43b584ed18bec1ae7811a) and reading swig documentation.

Are there any additional resources you would recommend?

I will likely start working on this late this week or early next week.
