We are
currently recruiting for a Kronos Functional Configuration Analyst on a
Contract basis. This position can be worked remotely anywhere in the US.
Summary:
This
person, working directly with team members to accomplish tasks as a unified
group (not solely working by themselves) is responsible for providing ongoing
technical support of the Kronos application and Back-end, as well as design,
documentation and implementation of various data flow processes and solutions
and troubleshooting any project or support issues. This person/Team handles
communication for change management and ongoing maintenance of; coordinating
between clients and internal IT support to ensure compliance; develop
guidelines, checklists, procedures, and training documentation as required; and
actively communicates with internal team members, management, and end users to
promote a sound integration and related system improvements for the team in its
service to the organizational users of this platform. Participation in system
design and quality assurance activities as needed. This position will regularly
connect via video, via WFH, to the team as this work is performed. This
position will not involve any Project Integration related responsibilities.
Team Responsibilities:
- Ability to analyze current business processes and
create an equivalent process to help improve business efficiency and
reduce internal costs using Kronos Workforce Central v7 and Dimensions.
- Build and Configure the backend functionality of the
Kronos application to support company goals, standards, and policies.
- Build, configure and support of Workforce
Timekeeper, Workforce Integration Manager, Workforce Device Manager, NGUI
Interface, and Intouch Clocks functionality.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance on the
use of the Kronos application.
- Work with other internal cross-functional
application developers to design requirements for software upgrades and
interfaces between Kronos and other applications.
- Create and troubleshoot hyper-find queries, genies,
and reports.
- Train additional SMEs for timekeeping and scheduling
modules as directed by management to support company’s long-term growth
strategies.
- Support testing activities.
- Understand and document business/functional needs as
pertained to time entry, scheduling, and labor reporting.
- Work with project managers and other teams in
relation to existing and new projects and rollout plans.
- Provide Kronos to Dimensions project and user
functionality support for both Kronos and Dimensions.
Required Skills:
- 6-10+ years of Kronos experience required.
- Experience transitioning from Workforce Central to
Dimensions is strongly preferred.
- Must be proficient with Kronos Workforce Timekeeper
version 7.0 and have a strong knowledge of, and ability to confidently
navigate the Kronos platform and access profiles, display profiles,
organizational mapping.
- Strong experience configuring Kronos Back-end Pay
Rules, Work Rules and Accrual Modules.
- Experience creating and supporting Workforce
Integration Manager interfaces.
- In depth knowledge of InTouch clock setup and
configuration.
- Strong understanding of Kronos architecture and
building /configuring the Kronos backend functionality.
- Strong knowledge of interaction between all Kronos
modules.
- Good experience with Kronos Accruals.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using SQL queries for report development
a plus.
- Experience and understanding of Oracle or Qgenda a
plus.
- Working understanding of HIPAA regulations, a plus.
- Kronos training\certifications are a plus.
- Associates degree in a technical discipline,
equivalent relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
