Role1: General Accountant - Detroit, MI - 6months+ - Need local candidates
Remote for now but after the current situation settles down it will be onsite
Accountant is tasked with preparing, examining and analyzing the company’s accounts, financial records and other financial obligations. Different types of duties and responsibilities may include the following:
· Prepare key monthly accounting journals impacting cash, accounts receivable and damage claim balances
· Investigate unidentified cash balances, misapplied cash and wire accounts by working with various business units
· Clear errored transactions in the sub-ledger and ledger systems
· Reconcile several of the company's general ledger accounts to source documents on a monthly basis. Investigate unreconciled items
· Review reserves for accuracy and completeness monthly
· Prepare ad hoc variance analysis for assigned general ledger accounts as needed
· Prepare quarterly submissions for Form 10-Q
· Complete control testing as needed
This accountant position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Prior accounting work experience with SAP required. Experience with SOX controls is preferred.
Notes:
· Does the candidate need to be a CPA? Or hold any other certification? No.
· Minimum years of experience as a general accountant? Approximately 5 years of experience
· What more specific experience with SAP is required? Experience using different Tcodes, recording entries and running reports in SAP

Role2: SAP CRM Development/Solutions Lead - Detroit, MI - 1+year
The SAP CRM Development/Solutions Lead will be responsible for providing SAP technical/functional leadership and Innovative Solutioning & documentation, for multiple development initiatives, in a complex SAP S/4HANA CRM & ISU Applications environment.
There are eight critical components relevant to this environment: Billing & Rates, Choice, CRM/Channels, Document Management, Device Management, FICA, Mass Print & Reporting (Strong emphasis on ISU)
Critical emphasis placed on:
1. Quality Assurance (QA), in particular, must be able to perform critical code analysis/investigation, for the Reduction/Elimination of Technical Debt (management of technical/development/quality defects), and Automated Testing approaches; to determine if Development is supportable/sustainable, in early stages of process, to shorten Development/QA/Production Cycle
2. Proven ability to fully understand development/production requirements and communicate those requirements to developers through solution design, with ability to fully understand development/code issues and anticipate potential failure points/gaps.
3. Proven ability to create processes, for assessment and analysis of Application/Development downstream impact of all affected technical/user/customer communities.
4. Ability to document/analyze/design effective processes and provide thought leadership for formalized Documentation/Artifacts for all Solutioning, Development, QA (including automation). Preparation of Functional/Technical specification documents, business design documents, and effective test cases.
5. Develop decision documents that clearly articulate the problem/opportunity, pros & cons and provide a recommendation.
6. Candidate must have the skill to configure and code if necessary.
Must Haves:
· 4+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience
· 8+ years of IS-U/CRM/FICA/Device Management (DM) with a major Utility provider
· Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS/Computer Engineering
· SAP Certification
· ABAP Certification
· Proven Technical/Functional leadership skills
· Regarding Mass Print and Reporting (OpenText Presentment) - the best candidate would have understanding about how SAP interacts with Open Text.
· The person who would best fulfill this role is going to have to see the big picture as well as be able to lead, and to execute at the individual contributor level. Also needs to take direction well from specialists and the technology and Architecture teams.
· Detailed configuration experience in the Billing area including complex Rates, Invoicing, Budget, Billing (Payment Plans)
· Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, development/configuration, testing, and support
· Solid understanding of areas of ISU (including Device Management, CRM, Billing/Rates – Categories – Types – Rate Determination – Billing Schemas, etc)
· Excellent Leadership/Communication skills and ability to lead a team of S/4HANA/CRM/IS-U Developers
· Strong understanding of Utility Industry and its unique/complex Market dynamics (regulated markets, deregulated markets, etc)
Role3: SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris Business Analyst and Configurator - Lake Mary, FL - 1+year
Position Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated analyst to join its technology team. This role will be part of the implementation and ongoing support of the SAP S4/HANA cloud ERP solution.
Responsibilities:
Analyze new business processes and changes to existing functionalities, translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues
Effectively work with business and IT team to prioritize and plan implementation of changes
Expand and maintain update-to-date functional knowledge relating to SAP functionality and associated business processes
Log/track problem and development requests including message handling and dispatching, resolution tracking, and problem escalation
Ensure system changes (i.e. solution updates, WRICEF development, configurations) are properly tested
Schedule Notes:M-F, typically 9-3 EST but needs to be flexible.
Skills: Functional SAP Experience:
7+ years of experience working directly with management and other stakeholders to assess situations, document requirements, and manage the implementation within SAP Commerce Cloud
5+ years of hands-on SAP Hybris and/or Commerce Cloud technical configuration/programming experience
Experience in Catalog Management, Product Merchandising, Inventory Availability, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Order Management, Returns Management
Experience with Product Information Management (PIM), Content Management (CMS), and Order Management (OM) integrations
Strong understanding of overall architecture, Cockpits, Impex
Strong design and integration skills in SAP Hybris, with multi suite implementations
Experience working with Hybris Data Hub, and B2B accelerators
Understanding of integration and relationships between SAP modules, as they relate to SC, SD, LO, MM and FICO
Strong integration knowledge among SC, MM, FI processes, master data, as well as integrating external systems
Overall Experience:
Knowledge of Best Practices in all areas of Hybris eCommerce B2B
2+ years of configuration experience in S/4 HANA Cloud
7+ years of configuration experience in SAP ECC
Experienced with IBP, BW, CPI, SAP Activate, Testing, and Solution Manager
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system supported solutions
Must work well both independently and in a team environment
Team player with exceptional oral and written communication skills
Additional Qualifications
Experience in supply chain management preferred
Experience in wholesale pharmaceutical distribution or life sciences preferred
Prior SAP implementation/upgrade experience and best practice knowledge preferred
Understanding of JavaScript and frameworks, JAX/JSON, J2EE, HTML, JSP, etc. preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
