IT Digital Support Specialist. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for monitoring and providing support to digital orders from order placement to fulfilment.
IT Digital Support Specialist will provide first level assistance for defined problems; escalate issues as necessary to higher level staff. This candidate will have frequent interactions with customers, exercise interpersonal communication and problem solving, and have a high degree of patience to provide solutions.
Currently, Client is looking for a Sr .Net/Azure
developer for the IT Digital Shopping team. This team will be implementing
solution for online grocery home delivery and pickup capabilities through
Client’s
website. The Sr Developer designs, codes, and implements systems
and integrations as a member of an Agile or Operations development team. The
development is focused on building a solution that is a service oriented and
multi-channel transaction platform
Required Technical Skills
- .NET Framework 4.0+ (4.5.1 preferred)
- C#
- WebAPI 2+
- MVC 5+
- MS SQL Server 2008: strong skills in stored procedures and queries, moderate skills in DDL
- Strong skills and experience with a variety of design patterns
Development Environment
- Git source code control
- NuGet
- log4Net
- Visual Studio 2017
- VSTS / Azure DevOps
Additional Beneficial Skills / Experience
- SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT)
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
