Role: Sr. C# Developer
Location: St. Louis, MO (Remote for Now)

Key responsibilities:
-Should be able to coordinate between multiple teams - Business, Onsite BSA and Offshore team
-Good experience on C#. Should be able to understand the solution, suggest improvements
-Good knowledge on SQL Server
-Should be able to work with Client-side Infrastructure team as needed for environment setup, deployments and other issues
-Should have prior experience working with Offshore team and resolving their blockers and issues
-Good communication skills to update progress, escalate issues and risks to concerned stakeholders
-Should have experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA and Git
-Drive from front in client interactions, business needs, and technical aspects
-Proactive in understanding the client problems, providing suggestions and sharing the information with onsite/offshore managers periodically
-Good to have knowledge on healthcare domain

MUST have: Client would like to see few senior profiles. 
-5+ years’ experience in C#
-4+ years’ experience .Net, SQL Server
-Good understanding of Data structure, Object Oriented Programming, Object-Oriented Analysis, Design best practices and modeling concepts
-Knowledge on various project execution methodologies (Agile)
-Knowledge on project management tools like JIRA
-Knowledge on Code Analysis & profiling (UI) tools
-Experience with both Oracle and SQL Server databases

Good to have skills:
-Healthcare payer experience.
