Job Title:  Mainframe Developer

Location: Wilmington, DE _ Day 1 on site (Hybrid model)

Duration    : Long Term – contract

Experience Level: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills with hands on experience: COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MQ, Micro Batch

 Job Description:

·         Fully participates in development, testing, implementation, and support of mainframe COBOL based application systems

·         Understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning/development steps

·         Partnership with Dev team, QA and Environment teams to understand Specific about the testing and batch requirements

·         Communicate batch related information to respective share holders

·         Setting up the Batch components, program binds and loading schedulers to run the batch

·         Mentor Team members to batch run information and help triage the issues/errors

·         Experience with Scheduler / ZEKE / Changeman / FileAid

·         Experience with IMS DB / Spufi

·         A tertiary qualification in Technology, with Scrum Master Certification a plus

·         Work alongside our business partners, understanding requests for application enhancement, considering the impact of changes, reviewing ROI for the work required, and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions to the FX application.
