Job Description
· Experience designing, architecting and implementing Cyber Security, SecOps and Information Risk Management (GRC / IRM) programs and technology platforms in one or more of the following areas : Policy and Compliance, Risk, Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, Issues Management, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response.
· Implementation of one or more ServiceNow IRM / GRC or SecOps applications supporting Cyber Security programs.
· Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, technical designs, defining user stories, working with onshore / offshore development teams, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution to the highest caliber.
· Solid competencies of functional processes related to Policy, Security Compliance, Cyber Risk, Vendor Security Risk, Business Continuity, Vulnerability Management, Security Incident Response Management and / or Issues Management, NIST800-53 / ISO 27001 frameworks and security tools (Nessus, Rapid 7, Tanium, Qualys, Splunk, QRadar , LogRhythm, etc.)
· Manage multiple tasks by prioritizing based on client need and ensure quality standards and work performance
· Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments.
Certification:-
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (Preferable)
· ServiceNow Security Incident Response Implementation (Preferable)
· ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Implementation (Preferable)
