Job Title     : Cloud/Azure Administrator

Location     : Denver, CO

Duration    : Long Term

Job Description : 

Cloud/Azure Administrator with experience both on premise and Azure.  The Azure Admin/Engineer will be responsible for administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting applications on Microsoft Azure.

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Administration of Azure 
• Strong experience in implementing, monitoring and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security.
• Strong knowledge of Backup, Restore, Recovery and high availability strategies for Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge in IaaS and PaaS services
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues etc.
• Production support of .NET and C# Applications
• Collaborate to ensure Security, Privacy, Transparency, and Disaster Recovery in the Azure environment
• Ensure applications exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability 
• Experience with the following: SQL Server, IIS, and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of Azure API service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience and technical training is required.
• Minimum 8 Years of experience in application engineering and/or IT support required.
• Microsoft Azure certification
• 3 to 4  years Microsoft Azure experience in an Enterprise environment
• 3+ years of hands on experience with Windows and/or Linux System Administration, preferably in an Enterprise environment, supporting large scale server deployments
