·         Required Skills for Portal support

·         Javascript (scripting)

·         JSON

·         XML

·         REST

·         SOAP

·         AJAX

·         HTML

·         CSS

·         SCSS

·         ANGULAR JS

·         Object Oriented Programming  5-10 years if experience using scripting languages

·         Powershell (2 yrs experience)

·         Python (2 yrs experience)

 

Required ServiceNow Skills

 

·         Orchestration

·         LDAP

·         JDBC

·         Discovery

·         Event management

·         Experience designing and Implementing Applications (Servicenow and Scoped apps)

·         Experience designing and implementing Integrations

·         Experience with Infrastructure projects example (LDAP integrations, AWS, event management, server operations)

·         Service Mapping (nice to have)

·         Networking and Server aware (candidate must be able to handle technical conversations related to the infrastructure of the company and possible servicenow uses cases)

·         Candidate must be able to solve issues using debugging capabilities of servicenow and console browser errors.
