JD:

·         Profisee + MDM + Healthcare + Cloud (Any 2 combinations)

·         Have some experience with EPIC, FHIR, HL7, ICD 10.

·         Experience in createtion Patient 360.

 

In Profisee:

•         Plan and lead MDM requirement analysis sessions with business users

•         Coordinate MDM program activities for the Customer data domain

•         Conduct source system analysis, and data profiling for lifecycle management.

•         Define measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes for each domain or subject area to support a robust and successful deployment of a MDM platform

•         Define requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria and data stewardship workflows that can be deployed in the endorsed MDM tool

•         Thorough understanding of deterministic and probabilistic matching methodologies and master data hierarchy management

•         Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture teams (data integration, data architecture, business intelligence) to develop and deliver MDM solutions.

•         Work with Architecture Review Board and Change Approval Board for technical reviews and approvals through the system development life-cycle.

•         Align with company strategies and objectives.

•         Deliver services that meet internal KPIs & customer SLAs -At least seven (7) years direct experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with Profisee MDM tool suite

•         Hands-on expertise required with Profisee tools and utilities such as Data Controls, Data Director and Data Quality

•         Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions
