JD:
- Manage cross-functional solutions engineering programs in matrix organization covering a range of products across all lines of business.
- Provides hands-on Project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation phases.
- Perform risk management and change management on projects.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
- Capable of managing projects of moderate to high complexity, moderate to high risk, and high business impact under little or no supervision.
In addition to everything covered under TPM the following are additional expertise / experience needed:
- Must have good expertise in Oracle EBS SCM/Finance or any ERP background.
- Must have worked on ERP implementation project with at least 5-10 years of end to end project management.
- Handles multiple facets of technical projects for an organization, initiating programs, tracking their progress and proposing solutions to technical issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers and cross functional teams to drive software development and manage technical dependencies.
- Enables effective coordination and scheduling with internal colleagues and external vendors (Multiple teams and Stakeholders)
