Job Description: Expectations from this role:1. Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options. Optimize application development, maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and by reusing proven solutions, while accounting for others' developmental activities2. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications, Deployment documentation3. Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews and suggest code improvements4. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time5. Learn technology, business domain, system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities for example (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies, contributing to reusability, coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions, organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons, etc.6. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components.7. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system8. Optimizes efficiency, cost and quality.9. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.10. Code, debug, test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.11. Validate results with user representatives, integrates and commissions the overall solution.12. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and for improvements in business processes, completing sprint deliverables ahead of time, helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders, etc…13. Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams14. Learn and implement technology newly released features after impact analysis wherever applicable.15. Attend industry/technology specific conferences (if applicable) and share the knowledge with the team.16. Conduct peer reviews and demand high quality standards from the reviewed deliverables. Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates to developer/lead roles.17. Mentor and manage a team.18. Set goals for self and team in Client.
