Senior SSIS Data Warehouse Engineer
Location: Sandy Springs GA
Duration: 6 – 12 months
Looking for a Senior Data Warehouse Engineer who would be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing ETL integrations between the enterprise data warehouse, legacy and third-party data stores, including Salesforce platform.
The role requires strong collaboration with application development teams, business teams and key stakeholders. This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with exceptional time management and communication skills to simultaneously support multiple initiatives.
Role responsibilities:
Optimize, develop and maintain integration solutions using SQL Server SSIS and ETL framework as necessary to connect legacy data stores, the data warehouse, and third-party platforms including Salesforce
· Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues and work to ensure data consistency and integrity
· Ensure the stabilization and high performance of existing ETL processes
· Troubleshoot any complex data-related issues as well as provide support to production
· Develop and deploy ETL job workflow with reliable error/exception handling and rollback
· Drive process improvement and improve process efficiency
· Document all ETL and data warehouse processes and flows
· Design data warehouse architecture for future expansion
· Communicate issues, risks and concerns proactively to management
· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ETL development and Microsoft SSIS, SSAS
· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in T-SQL development, debugging and optimization
· Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
· Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft Power BI is a plus
