The Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years’ experience in
financial services or related industry preferably in project management role.
• Experience leading small to medium projects utilizing common project
methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, DMAIC).
• Team focused and results driven with ability to independently manage multiple
tasks for multiple groups and work reliably in time sensitive situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access,
PowerPoint).
• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at
all levels of the business.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skill set.
• Demonstrates a high degree of personal accountability, passion, and
execution.
• Maintains strict confidentiality.
• Maintains high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
