Client is looking for a QA Lead who has prior experience in QSR domain and retail industry with an ability to lead and mentor the QA team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Testing Menu-Content of restaurant business
· Experience with PAR Brinks POS system is a plus
· Working with different stakeholders and in onsite-offshore model
· Strong customer focus with the ability to understand the customer journey lifecycle in Restaurant Business.
Mandatory Skills:
· Must have experience in the QSR domain and retail industry.
· Experience in Jira tool.
· Experience in testing the “Menu in app”.
· Automation testing experience is a plus.
Required Experience:
· Overall, 9 years of experience in testing.
· At least 5-7 years of experience working in the Retail Industry.
· Strong verbal and communication skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering or any equivalent study.
