JOB#: Product Manager Level 3 with CSM or PSM Certified
Duration: 6 Month, Contract  
Location: REMOTE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for building strong projects/programs through identifying and implementing possible Improvements
• Build and leverage partnerships with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners and other contributors
• Coach program leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile Methodology practices and mindsets
• Develop and Maintain Communication Plan
• Work with Product Leaders to drive the definition and refinement of program backlogs and roadmaps
• Continually inspect the process, discover and address major concerns
• Help identify and remove impediments; Escalate risks and program needs, as appropriate
• Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on program progress and quality and know how to leverage those metrics to identify program needs
• Work with Scrum Masters to drive continuous improvement for the program
• Understand the needs of the business in order to coach teams to deliver to expectations
• Understand the technical and domain aspects in order to speak to risks and dependencies
• Work cross-functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution
• Be a change agent and foster a learn by doing environment

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis or Project Management operating in an Agile Scrum environment
• 3+ years’ experience working in an agile environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I)
• Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) best practices
• Proactive approach and ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with mission/function leaders
• Strong communication / interpersonal / influencing skills
• Technical background or understanding a plus

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Required: Bachelor's

Preferred: Bachelor's Field(s) of Study: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
