Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Fort Mill, SC (Charlotte suburbs) || Onsite
· Completed at least 3 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects
· In-depth understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow) in HCM Cloud application and external entity.
· Experience with Oracle HCM applications Data Migration for modules like - GlobalHR, Payroll Management, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, etc.
· Expert knowledge & working experience in HCM Cloud Conversions, Integrations, Reporting.
· Strong working experience in Fusion technologies like HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports.
· Apart from the above experience, good knowledge in Webservices, Soap and Rest API, ADF, Java,PL/SQL, DBCS etc is preferable.
· Closely working with Oracle support to raise and monitor SR’s
· Run/Monitor interfaces and resolve issues associated with data.
