Position- Project Manager with Jira, Microsoft Project & Confluence exp.Location-Onsite Day 1, 3 days is must at Atlanta, GA || Need Locals
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Mandatory Skills: Client is seeking some one with extensive project manager experience in working with multiple teams to coordinate all phases of SDLC life cycle.Ø Extensive experience using Jira, Microsoft Project & Confluence is mandatory.Ø Good experience in managing multiple high value complex project in parallel along with risk management expertise is also needed.JD-Project Managers govern and execute small to large complex projects in terms of scope management, meeting scheduling, resource/team coordination, risk management, quality, escalations, and stakeholder communications. Ensure client satisfaction delivering our core decisioning and F&ID products on state-of-the-art technology platforms using industry leading tools and technologies.
Key Project Manager responsibilities include:
Lead and manage teams in an Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid manner (may include employees, third-party vendors and/or consultants) to plan and drive project execution (on-time, budget, scope)
Coach and lead teams toward stable velocity, successfully meeting commitments/target dates and promoting a healthy team dynamic
Document, coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies to keep projects on track
Effectively communicate with and manage project stakeholders' expectations
Monitor and manage budget and schedule of assigned projects
Collaborate with project team to keep tasks on schedule and identify potential project risks and assist with the development of preventative plans
Identify and remove roadblocks from the teams path to ensure productivity and timely project execution
Escalate risks, roadblocks or issues to management in a timely fashion
Utilize metrics to determine efficiency and operational excellence opportunities and drive improvement
Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives across several areas supporting
Decision Analytics
