Informatica Oracle developer (Data Engineer)
Location: Charlotte NC hybrid 3 days a week
Duration; 6 months
Need strong Informatica Oracle developer (Data Engineer) with ETL, Oracle Exadata, Unix/Linux systems, Spark Exp.
Need 10+ yrs of IT Exp. Profiles || Need Passport number, I94, Travel History documents during submission for TN1/H1/GC EAD/GC
We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in data integration tools such as Informatica and familiarity with Oracle Exadata and Unix. Hands-on development experience is required, and exposure to Spark, object storage, and an understanding of data governance concepts will be beneficial. A basic understanding of stored procedures and GL or finance knowledge will be considered a plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with Informatica, Oracle Exadata, and Unix/Linux systems.
• Basic understanding of stored procedures and ETL processes.
• Interest in data governance, lineage, and metadata management.
• Understanding of GL, finance, or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of ETL workflows using Informatica.
• Support database management tasks in Oracle Exadata.
• Help schedule and monitor jobs via Autosys.
• Collaborate with senior team members on data governance and lineage initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of stored procedures and ETL processes.
• Gain exposure to Spark and object storage for data processing projects.
• Learn about regulatory reporting and GL requirements.
