Data Delivery ManagerLocation: Atlanta (Hybrid model)

What you’ll be doing:
Accountable for end-to-end delivery by the scrum team(s) within your delivery stream(s) managing scope, schedule and budget with an Agile-centric approach to prioritization and value added
Streamline Data Engineering intake process working closely with stakeholders and business intelligence teams
Maintaining product roadmap and management of backlog for delivery of value in every cycle iteration
Ownership of delivery and the voice of delivery to leadership: Defining and tracking actions to resolve issues and risks
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies for Agile delivery team(s)
Ensure timely delivery to cost based upon agreed objectives to support the business through Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology and the client project delivery model
Identify and resolve business, IT and supplier issues in order to ensure that the delivery team objectives can be delivered on time and within budget
Stakeholder management to ensure business buy-in and support, that they are kept updated of the progress of the delivery team status and that what is delivered meets their needs
Reporting of agile metrics and delivery status to IT Leadership team and, where appropriate, reporting on delivery status of cross-team epics
Delivering regular enhancements to evolve and improve current Agile process
Management of distributed Onshore/Offshore Vendor delivery teams to ensure progress and quality
Work with internal IT staff to deliver dependencies outside of allocated delivery team(s) including but not limited to, application integration, infrastructure, and security
Drive and deliver Epics/Stories for various business-focused initiatives while maintaining a motivated high performing team(s) that have the tools and morale to remain on the leading edge of application development in the Insurance industry
Our requirements:
Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery methodology, ideally with distributed Agile teams
Experience working with Data Engineering and/or Business Intelligence teams
Experience in SQL and analytical warehousing and reporting tools
Manage delivery with an organized and attention-to-detail approach, strong tactical execution and effective problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing Onshore/Offshore Vendor development teams Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery methodology, ideally with distributed Agile teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with people at all levels internal and external to the business stakeholders
Experience in software delivery lifecycle, analysis, development, and QA

Able to articulate ideas and information clearly and in a manner appropriate to all audience levels
Experience of working as a ScrumMaster or Agile Practitioner in an environment of multiple initiatives with challenging timeframes and deliverables
Exposure to the full project life cycle, from inception to production deployment and warranty support
Ability to influence and gain credibility with client business stakeholders and US Leadership
Demonstrate good decision making, evaluating the implication of various options before deciding and then showing commitment to and accountability within the team
Demonstrate self-confidence and assertiveness in a variety of business situations
Work well in cross-functional groups with peers, subordinates, and seniors, encourage participation and involvement of team members through being open and approachable
Practical experience of planning and resource management within the delivery process
Knowledge of P&C insurance in the US is beneficial but not required
Experience in managing resources in a matrix-style organization
