• Develop technical roadmaps and lead engineers across one or more squads to deliver initiatives
• Make recommendations for overall application system design, architecture, security, scalability, reliability, and performance
• Expert knowledge in C or C++ programming languages
• Familiar with build and release processes for edge systems and have expert knowledge using a variety of tooling including Docker and Kubernetes
• Expert knowledge of large-scale, distributed system architecture and design patterns and are familiar with microservices architecture
• Experience working on large-scale, distributed systems and may have experience working on legacy code migrations
• Capable and interested in learning new technologies, processes, or business quickly and effectively
• Expert understanding of development methodologies and processes
• Understand cross-tech stacks and scalability and reliability implications
• Coordinate work for a group of engineers on major initiatives
• Coordinate the work for a global team
• Worked on hardware/software integrations
