Job Title: Uipath Tech Lead/Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC
Description:
· Analyze current and target state business process to define an end to end solution design for automation projects
· During Automation Discovery, works with solutioning team to solidify App Assessments, arrange Application Access, Service Accounts, VDI Infra, facilitate tool installations.
· Conduct viability checks for automation tools feasibility including RPA, DevOps/Ansible, Python Scripts, PowerShell scripts, VB Scripts, Point Solutions and Custom Utilities.
· Define and maintain the security architecture to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of the solution, including access to RPA solutions, specific access to data, based on security roles
· Align technical solutions to enterprise business and technology strategies, partnering with portfolio architects to ensure strategic fit and alignment with corporate and industry norms and best practices
· Lead & drive Dev Readiness, Solution Designs, Code Development and facilitate Deployments
· Works with IT systems owners to ensure Developers have all info needed for Prototyping and Coding.
· Drives the Solution Design and SDD document. Reviews daily Development progress, Code Reviews and review all Dev deliverables.
· Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to deploy the RPA solution infrastructure
· Owns and drives end-to-end Implementation efforts – right from Design through to Ramp Up/Warranty
Required Qualifications:
· 8-10 years of strong Automation experience on complex multi-platform (Web-based, Windows-based, Citrix hosted and Legacy/mainframe applications, demonstrated through hands-on projects.
· 3-5 Years of hands-on RPA experience in UIPATH and must have developer certification on UiPath RPA Tool. Kofax and Blue Prism experience is an added advantage.
· Should have implemented RPA automation designs and built hands-on BOTs.
· Development of business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family
· Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements.
· Evaluate RPA and AI tools and provide recommendations
· Co-ordinate & Lead team (Onshore/Offshore) and manage timely delivery
· Desirable experience in any one of these tools/technologies DevOps/Ansible, Python Scripts
· Expert level knowledge of one or more scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, Excel Macros and any database knowledge is desirable.
· Knowledge in Enterprise scale design standards and implement change control procedures and disciplines
