· Oversee all the aspects of Project Management in alignment with Costco Program Manager
· Prepare and Monitor the Project Plan
· Monitor the Project Progress
· Risk identification and Mitigation
· Status Reporting
· Ensure the project is executed as per agreed timeline and any deviation from the timeline/budget will be mutually agreed with Costco and Infosys
· Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
· Manage relationships between business stakeholders
· Measure project performance and highlight Risks and mitigation
· Follow up on creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
