Job summary: This individual will work as a part of Level 2 Production Support team. He will be working on production support activities like batch alerts investigation, resolution and root cause analysis of incidents, problems, service requests and working assigned tickets. As a member of the Application Support team, they will also be responsible for performing high level troubleshooting/triage of incidents, working trouble tickets, completing escalation management. In support of incident management

Responsibilities:
Handle all issues escalated from L1.5
Troubleshooting in house application issues
Analyze & update data to resolve production issues after review and approval by client SMEs
Minor & medium changes based on user data request and enhancement request
Unit testing for such changes would be in scope however, functional/integration testing will not be in scope
Creating new Autosys job, Perl Scripts, automation (e.g. retrieving data and send to FTP)
Autosys Administration activities like user management, recycle, testing & deployment of Autosys batches
Changes to Database objects like Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Tables including creating Eagle IQ ticket for deployment to Quality Assurance ("QA") and Production ("PROD") regions
Working on problem management and in scope production fix
Creating /updating Autosys jobs, Perl Scripts, automation (e.g. retrieving data and send to FTP)
Writing complex SQL queries to generate and provide requested data
Providing existing data files, generating/running reports as per user requests
Client Reporting Process - Running Client Books, User management for MSCS Toolkit
