Role Responsibilities:
· Application Strategy: support the generation and evolution of a Supply Chain Supplier Collaboration application strategy for JCI.
· Implementation Roadmap: support the creation and maintenance of a Supply Chain Supplier Collaboration implementation roadmap in JCI maximizing company benefits.
· Project Proposals: responsible for generating end-to-end solution proposals recommendations to business requirements, including the proposed solution architecture, estimated cost, time, internal effort as well as implementation risks, including partner recommendations.
· Project Delivery: responsible for the end-to-end implementation of such projects, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, post go-live support and transition to IT Operations, fulfilling all business requirements on time, budget and quality.
· Enhancement Management: responsible for the supervision of the small Enhancement queue for Supply Chain applications, from inception to deployment.
· Continuous Improvement: coach, establish and influences the usage of technical best practices across the operations organization. Coordinates and ensures data governance methodologies are adhered to within our environment.
Organization Interaction:
· Supports IT Business Partners and user community in opportunity definition, business case build and in the elicitation and validation of business requirements
· Collaborates with ERP and Enterprise Integration teams in defining and delivering end-to-end solutions, including system integrations
· Works with the ePMO organization in building project plans and in project coordination for application delivery activities
· Interact with Application Support leaders on defining support solution designs as well as with the transition to the Managed Services team responsible for day-to-day support
· Collaborates with Global Infrastructure and Global Security teams in defining and delivering solutions
Key Business Processes:
· This position will focus on Supply Chain Supplier Collaboration processes, as defined in the Ariba SCC functionality.

· Primary: Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
· Secondary: SAP ECC. SAP S4

Minimum Required Experience:
· 10+years of IT experience working in functional/business process roles
· Preferred 7+ years of IT work experience building enterprise applications for supply chain business processes, in one or more of the following application types: Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Supplier Collaboration, Transportation Management, Manufacturing Execution, Warehouse Management.
Other Skills/Knowledge:
· Deep business process knowledge in the Purchase-to-Pay process, as well as Supply Chain Supplier Collaboration processes. Knowledge on the business process areas of Supply Chain Planning and optimization, logistics and distribution and manufacturing.
· Exceptional communication, collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, and influence, as well as relationship-building skills at all levels with internal and external parties.
· Advanced user of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word) and SQL.
· Proven experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives
