Description:
· Minimum 12-15 years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree
· 7+ years’ experience in a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, strategy role or requirements development role. Product Management-related certifications a plus.
· Experience working with Agile teams
· Strong understanding of customer needs and business strategy.
· Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne or Jira preferred, and Aha!
· Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban etc.
· Ability to lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence.
· Good understanding of Expenditure, Inventory, SG&A, & COGS Accounting business function
· Good to have – SAP ECC and S/4 experience in Finance and Controlling.
