Detailed Job Description

·         Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

·         Extensive experience in Salesforce.com Setup, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Community Cloud, Configuration, Customization, Administration, and Data Migration tools.

·         Salesforce Certified Administrator with extensive experience as BA in Pharma domain.

·         Gathering and refining requirements from stakeholders, complete SDLC knowledge.
