Location: Tallahassee, FL
Client: Florida
Department of Children and Families - FDCF

Type: long-term contract
Duration:6+ months with possible extensions
Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested, to guarantee the Client that the candidate submitted, interviewing and showing up for work is one and the same
Requirements:
•
Availability to work on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in a Business Analyst role
(2+ years);
•
Experience with Agile development methodology;
• Experience as technical business
systems analyst;
•
Experience with Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) (preferred);
•
Experience with JIRA and
Azure Dev Ops (preferred);
•
Experience with Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest (preferred);
•
Experience with Child Welfare applications and functionality (preferred);
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering,
MBA or related field (preferred)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
the following:
•
Understand customer requirements and translate these into solution
specifications and system designs and communicate effectively with both
technical and business team members;
•
Express complex technical
concepts (APIs, Architecture, System Design) effectively to people of varying
disciplines and levels within the organization;
•
Motivate and drive cross-functional teams with attention to detail and strong
negotiating skills with minimal direction;
•
Have written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated initiative,
strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to succeed
