Job description

 

Role & Responsibilities : -

 

·  Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

·  We are looking for a Customer ODI Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

·  Establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.

·  Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).

·  Inform customers about new features and functionalities and Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

·  Experience as a Customer ODI Specialist and Familiarity with our industry is a plus

·  Understanding of how ODI systems work along with CRM and Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

·  Multi-tasking abilities with Patience when handling tough cases.

·  As far as Core skill expertise concerned, he should be expert in ODI.

·  Should Possess to 14 years of experience in ODI and Lead experience.

10.1. ODI: (Mandatory)

·  Oracle Data Integrator 10g/11g/12c, OBIEE 10g/11g.

·  Should have experience in Analysis, Design and Development including implementation of Business Intelligence BI Solutions using OBIEE/Siebel Analytics.

·  Need to have experience in configurated the Oracle Date Integrator ODI software tool in a three-tier Environment and perform upgrades, source-to target mappings, storage capacity planning, developing ETL.

·  Should have knowledge on creating ODI Procedures to create and populate in target systems and should have idea about KM customization and deployment from Dev to SIT to UAT and Prod

·  OSB 12, ODI 12c., ODI 11+, JDeveloper 12c, XML, JSON, XSD’s, XSLT’s, WebLogic 12C, SOAPUI, Postman.
