Position: Data Scientist

Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration:06+ Months Contract

 

Must Have Skills:

Experience                                         8+ Years is mandatory

Minimum Mandatory Skills          Data Scientist,  data transformations/combinations/aggregations, Data Acquisition, Data Pre-Processing, Model Building

 

Job Description:

Job Expertise

•             Define a problem with business-side domain experts

•             Design an experiment to collect relevant data.

•             Theorize/review literature to understand the best way to approach this problem.

•             Clean, organize data.

•             Explore data and transformations/combinations/aggregations of the data (feature engineering).

•             Train a model.

•             Deploy/automate the model (e.g. using Airflow).

•             Explain/present/justify your results to your stakeholders, and maintain this model.

•             Support the lifecycle of a data science project: Data Acquisition, Data Pre-Processing, Model Building, Pattern Evaluation and Knowledge Representation

•             Develop data science components (Data (and its various types) Programming (Python, R), Statistics and Probability, Machine Learning and Big Data
