Senior Java Developer for Healthcare product development

Client Location: Palo Alto, CA; 

100% Remote work

Current strong hands-on programming and debugging skills on Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlet, J2EE design patterns and Web Services
Solid technical background with at least 5 years of demonstrated track record in end-to-end software development life cycle and successful delivery of technical solutions using modern techniques
Service Integration Concepts (especially with RESTFUL services/ SOAP based web services/ IIB integration)
Experience using Git to manage code
Knowledge of XML, XHTML, prevalent XML parsers and related technologies
Good knowledge of JSON, XPath
Software development, Maven, DevOps AGILE and JIRA experience required
Industry certification is preferred (such as Oracle, Java J2EE, etc.)
Knowledge of writing queries in Oracle database and PL/SQL
Must be a hands-on developer and be able to assist/manage offshore team with application development tasks.
Must have clear oral and written communication skills
