Role : Genesys Cloud Developer

Location : Remote

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• Ensure Necessary technical help, develop and support for Genesys Pure cloud implementation.
• Candidates are expected to liaise with Business users, call center groups for Pure cloud implementation and support.
• Participate in business stakeholder meetings, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff

What are the top 3 Must Haves for this role?
1. Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing
2. Integration with external Services
3. Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs

Preferred Skills

-Coordinate activities with other technical and functional areas as required
-Develop new and/or enhance existing application or system code as assigned or provided in technical specifications
-Perform the day to day functions such as running of existing programs, applications, jobs, reviewing logs for errors, writing or editing software and -code, performing testing activities, and updating documentation
-Support other team members, removing technical roadblocks, and suggest new technical solutions
