Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

 

Description:

 

• Bachelors/Masters in Bioinformatics or related discipline
• 5+ years of work experience
• Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
• Experience with testing algorithms (Good to have knowledge of - mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms)
• Experience in Perl/Python scripting
• Experience is Unix/Linux environment
• Good understanding or working knowledge of software testing/STLC.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with multiple department managers
