Role : Java L1/L2 support
Rate : $42-45/HR MAX
Location : Auburn Hill , MI (Remote for now but need to relocate post COVID)
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• Perform troubleshooting & analysis of regressing testing defects and ensure defect fix/closure to provide sign off for releases.
• Work with infrastructure and test data management teams to understand enterprise infrastructure initiatives and perform tier1,2 application validations.
• On adhoc basis, replicate production reported issues in pre-production environments and capture observations.
• Drive initiatives across multiple product groups with effective communication.
Skills -
• Good understanding of enterprise J2EE eco systems (application & infrastructure).
• Decent troubleshooting skills with Akamai CDN, Apache, WebSphere, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, API GW, F5, JWT, Oracle PL/SQL, Mainframe CICS, WebSphere MQ, AWS RDS, Gem Fire, Redis, iOS & Android mobile apps.
• Working experience in Unix scripting, Service Now Orchestration, Git Ops & CICD tools.
• Hands on with testing automation tools - Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Seetest.
