• A minimum of 10 years of experience
implementing/supporting/customizing/upgrade Oracle Financials modules
including: i.e. GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Project Accounting, iExpenses, Mobile
iExpense app and EBTax.
• Experience in R12, 12.2X versions is required.
• Experience and expertise in Project Accounting, General Ledger
and EBTax is required.
• Should be able to conduct user sessions to collect and analyze
business requirements.
• Have experience in documenting requirement, perform fit gap
analysis and write functional specifications.
• Experience in developing test scenarios and write test scripts.
• MUST have expertise in business facing roles, conducting
workshops /CRP/SIT/UAT/Go Live.
• Reviews customizations and oversees resolution of functional,
technical and operational issues in timely manner.
• Review training materials and conduct super/end user training.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
with an ability to extract, translate and communicate meaningful information at
all levels of Executives, Senior Managers, and Associates across business and
technology organizations.
• Prior working experience in a high visibility role and ability
to provide advice to senior executives
• Provide production maintenance and support for Oracle
Applications such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Project Accounting, iExpenses, Mobile
iExpense app and EBTax.
• Lead and perform Month End, Quarter End, Year End financial
closing and making sure all the accounting exceptions and pending transactions
are resolved before the scheduled date/time.
• Provide SME level support for GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Project
Accounting, iExpenses, Mobile iExpense app and EBTax.
• Enhancement, analyze and fix the code, resolving the issues from
reoccurring and also to enrich the business logic
• Preparing Business Process Documents (BPD), User Acceptance
Testing (UAT) scripts, System Integration testing (SIT) scripts and
performing/supporting all the testing executions across environments
• Conducting regular calls with offshore & Onsite for tracking
development and resolutions of
testing’s issues, calls with other groups, Upstream and downstream system groups. • Alert, Job Monitoring & Scheduling, Month End, Quarter End and Year End Activities. • Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement functionalities as part of minor enhancements. • Conduct root cause analysis of issues along with Technical teams. • Responsible for the day-to-day management, smooth operation of Support Services, Coordinate with business users and leads in all phases Issue Resolutions and Minor Enhancements. • Possess a depth understanding of how technology can help business to achieve their business goals, should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications. |
