Role : Sr. Business Analyst ( Insurance Domain ONLY )

Location : Cary, NC

Rate : $40-42/HR on c2c 

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

·         A senior level BSA resource with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         The candidate must have experience and be comfortable leading requirements gathering sessions with our actuarial finance and business partners, documenting the requirements, communicating the requirements to IT and participating with IT in technical design sessions.

·         The candidate must be able to define and maintain project plans for the initiatives they are involved in and report status on a recurring basis to senior management.

·         The candidate must also have experience developing and managing test plans, developing data models, the development of SQL queries, using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio to document business requirements and define technical design and using MS Project to maintain project plans.

·         The candidate should have experience in the Agile methodology.

·         Experience in the insurance industry and Cloud and Big Data technologies is a plus.
