Rate : $50 - 52/HR

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

Required Skills:

 

1. Technical Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience.
2. Primary skills expected is JAVA
3. Handle operational changes and functional enhancement requests. Participate in identifying problems and perform root cause analysis.
4. Contribute to knowledge base and participate in activities like release acceptance and application continuity Support.
5. Stakeholder Management
6. Monitor availability of the applications and notify support team in case of exceptions and also provide update to applications owners and business stakeholder on the status and the potential impact
7. Service Management - Manage tickets and tasks escalated by the Level 1 team
8. Service Operations analyst and also handle Customer requests assigned by the Lead
9. Escalate tickets that require external intervention
10. Alert Leads for tickets where there can be a potential SLA breach
11. Ensure quality of deliverables through self-review
12. Provide inputs to task estimation
13. Service Tracking
14. Provide daily status updates on tasks assigned
15. Lead Ensure incidents
16. Operational change requests and enhancements are handled within the agreed targets
17. Ensure assigned tasks are completed within targets
