Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Development Sciences is looking for a talented individual with experiences in business analysis and requirements management with a deep appreciation for software development life cycle in pre-clinical environments. These individuals would participate in business workshops and be would driving elaboration of business requirements to software specifications and work across multiple domains & stakeholders’ ecosystem.
Description:
- Partner closely with scientists and other informaticians to envision solutions
- Ability to understand pre-clinical domain within Genentech.
- Experience in conducting workshops, requirements gathering and documenting functional specification for system development
- Work with software development teams to explain the business requirements.
- Coordinate and Support UAT
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology with computer science, or good technology development background.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience as a business systems analyst.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, VISIO
