Location : Connecticut, Hartford
Visa : NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Engage in requirements gathering and use cases development ? Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor best practices ? Install, integrate, configure and deploy RadiantLogic VDS solutions and systems with various user stores. ? Transcribe and present technical information to business / executive levels ? Develop and execute test cases and test plans for RadiantLogic VDS. ? Respond to escalated client support calls, as needed ? Provide a high level of customer service through comprehensive communication ? Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks ? Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues Technical Skills: Radiant Logic VDS Platform Java LDAP related skills for Microsoft AD, SunONE, Oracle Internet Directory, eDirectory Directory imports/exports with LDIF files. Ability to understand and manipulate XML files and data PL/SQL or T-SQL REST API/SOAP/JS
