Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• SRE engineer with 12+ years of IT experience with sound knowledge of Linux Operating System, Servers and Networking Protocols
• Strong knowledge of Release Management and environment code deployments.
• Script management, monitoring, patching to code deployments
• Site Reliability, scalability, performance and ways to automate.
• Experience on WebLogic to Tomcat migration
• Experience deploying and operating: Apache Tomcat and HTTP, Oracle, and Java web applications.
• Experience with tool sets: Ansible, Jenkins, GIT, SPLUNK, JIRA and Confluence.
• Working experience of CI/CD Pipeline and related tools
• Working knowledge of different Load-Balancing technologies
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes containerized environment
• You have a strong understanding of enterprise level thinking on a few levels; documentation, runbooks, root cause analysis, capacity-trending, bug fixes and scripting and your skills show it.
• Experience running and maintaining a 24x7 Internet-oriented production environment, preferably across multiple data centers including Public Cloud AWS, Azure
