Role :  SQL Server Expert / Developer

Location : Fort Wayne,IN (Remote until COVID)

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

  • Technical skills – Sybase, SQL Server, PowerBuilder, CA
  • A level resource with knowledge or understanding on production support
  • Basic knowledge/understanding in Incident management, problem management, handling critical customer calls, resolving abends (batch and non-batch).
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of ITIL Service Lifecycle phases, framework, and best practices
  • Knowledge/understanding in tracking the KPIs and preparing Weekly/Monthly/Annual operations reports
  • Technical skills – Sybase, SQL Server, PowerBuilder, CA Workload Automation & Perl Script
  • Awareness of Service Now tool is desired
