Rate : $55-60/HR MAX
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:

10+ years of experience
Manages tasks to aid in the success of the project team:
- Assist in researching, developing and maintaining an annual event calendar (dates/locations etc) in support of marketing objectives.
- Interacts and communicates with a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including high-level leadership, WF Team members and external service providers
- Schedule and manage internal and external meetings. Produce meeting agendas, presentation materials and all other related items. Develop touch points prior to and post meetings, events and other opportunities as needed
- Set up weekly status calls, maintain and communicate minutes of calls.
- Assist in creating meeting plans in regard to timing, strategy, and event plan execution with the assistance of team members.
Project Management
- Prepares background information and ensures timely and strategic follow up on action items
- Researches and resolves issues and problems without direction; determines course of action on requests and delegate to appropriate person/group to manage and uses substantial judgment and independent decision-making authority to assist with operations.
- Research, logistics, communication and reporting
- Submit requests to team based on requirements and timing
