Role : Business Analyst with ( Contact Center / Design Call Flows using Visio)

Location : Dublin - OH

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

Must haves:
1. Good communication skill
2. Contact center technology domain experience
3. Willing to work with Multiple teams within US and India time zone


Skills:

 High level of organizational skill
 Experience with Telephony systems.
 Ability to design Call Flows using Visio, create BRD and other design documents.
 Good Communication and Inter personal Skills - Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
 Create User stories for all the business use cases and have review with IVR Business team.
 Prior AZ experience a plus

Tasks:

 Coordinated with stakeholders
 Set up meeting with vendors
 Coordinate follow up questions
 Collect, collate, and present final read-out of vendor selection
