Location : Remote - Client is in TX

Job Roles / Responsibilities:
1. Mortgage Loan Origination / Servicing
2. Functional Test Lead
3. API & Database testing
Must have 7-8 years of overall experience, including minimum 5 years of Loan Origination/Servicing background.
Lead QA initiatives including managing QA teams of 2-3 people and contributing to the testing effort in a hands-on role & Good Functional testing
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers and proficient in handling Onsite-Offshore model, with experience of handling testing deliverables is must
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated), establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

Utilize appropriate tools for the development and execution of manual and automated test cases and scripts
Diagnose, document, help troubleshoot, and isolate bugs and issues encountered during testing
Worked on Agile methodology & should be able to update the status/Progress of automation in JIRA
Excellent planning and organization skills, with a commitment to delivering on aggressive deadlines
