Role : Scrum Master ( Banking Domain ONLY )

Location : Boston, MA 

Visa :  NO OPT / CPT / H1 Transfers ( USC & GC Preferred )

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• minimum 9 years of IT experience with minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master running large scale Agile teams more than one
• Certified scrum professional either from scrum alliance or equivalent is must
• Banking and Financial Services experience is must
• Excellent communication skills
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interference.
• Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
• Planning, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
• JIRA/Confluence experience
