Role : Windows Systems Administrator with  ( Microsoft Windows 10 & VMWARE EXP) 

Location : Fresno - CA

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

SKILL SET: IT Plant Support Engineer

a. 6 to 10 Years of solid hands on experience on Microsoft Windows Systems Administration with Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019. Ability to technically troubleshoot system issues on Windows Platform

b. Knowledge of Windows Imaging and experience building Windows 10 Workstations. Prepare, update and support the Microsoft OS base image. Develop and support the existing PXE and USB (pre-boot) methods for deploying Windows images to Workstations/Laptops.

c. Hands on experience with installation and uninstallation of Software on Windows 10 and Server Platform – includes knowledge of configurations, running security patches and maintenance activities.

d. Proficient on VMWare Technology, build VM Machines and install software. Design, install, and administer virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V) products. Should have the ability to deploy customized VMWare solutions.

e. Ability to bend below knees and lift up to 40 pounds. Unbox workstation and server equipment, setup on the IT Room or wherever needed on-site. Hands and feet support experience with workstation and server setup, racking and stacking as well and cabling them as needed

f. Physical and Remote hard Drive wipe required for decommission process. Lift and Shift of the devices (Servers/Workstations) to decommission palettes. Coordinate with vendor for pick up.

g. Knowledge of DHCP, SNMP, Group Policy and Active Directory. Have worked on prior Operating System configurations. SCCM knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

h. Ability to follow documented instructions and manage/maintain Knowledge documents

i. Ability to work in a collaborative Team environment and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
