• Should have good verbal and communication skills
• Should be able to manage the team without any escalation.
• Coordinate with offshore team to get the status of development activity
• Should be interacting with customer and get the solution for the offshore queries
• Scrum Master with strong Agile background working with cross functional PODs.
• Setup backlog, closely track progress and address impediments.
• Good knowledge on Cloud Native development projects.
• Ability to influence team members and customers.
• Show agility in responding to changing demands.
